🔹 Key Result Areas :-

• Welding, Cutting, Fitting & Grinding Activity.
• Handling and making arrangements for loading unloading of vehicles
• Maintaining data Entry records for production (job cards)

🔹 Education, Experience & other requirements:

• Candidate should be a ITI (Welder) or Welding (MIG)Experience 4 to 5 years.
• Candidates residing in and around Kalyan to Thane location are preferable.
• Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of experience in fabrication operations for day to day requirements MIG WELDING
• Candidates should have knowledge of operating Gas cutting and other machineries in Fabrication workshop

🔹 Behavior :-

• Age group: 24 to 40yrs
• Salary : 20000 CTC to 24000 CTC

🔹 Duties & Responsibility :-

• Assemble/fabricate equipment and metal structures
• Comply with the health/safety programs
• Fit/weld according to drawing specifications
• Follow senior official orders
• Inform management of needed maintenance operations
• Inspect products and make their list
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams
• Keep records and maintain inventory of the parts
• Maintain a neat clean work area
• Maintain punctuality and daily time records
• Observe safety reports and regulations
• Operate mobile cranes
• Perform machine-to-machine material handling
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Produce metal products based on employer requirements
• Provide guidance and training to others
• Repair metal structures of different sizes
• Set up and perform welding operations
• Show mutual respect for coworkers
• Use basic hand tool
• Ready to work any other duty if assigned

• Able to use precision measuring tools
• Ability to weld and fitting pipe from drawings
• Ability to work in shifts
• Ability to work with precision instruments
• Detail-oriented and consistent

• General knowledge of hand and power tools
• Understanding of basic welding operations
• Mechanical aptitude
• Must have sheet metal fabrications skills
